Service

AnswerCrew provides AI phone crew software for answering, collecting call details, preparing follow-up, and helping business owners manage consent-first communication.

Accounts and Billing

You need an owner account and an active plan before live paid features are available. Subscription billing is handled by Stripe. Plans may include minute limits, team member limits, and additional usage charges shown before purchase.

Consent and Compliance

You are responsible for making sure calls, texts, and follow-up are lawful for your business and location. AnswerCrew includes suppression and safety controls, but those controls do not replace your legal obligations.

No Voice Payments

AnswerCrew must not collect card numbers or sensitive payment details by voice. Payments should happen through secure checkout links.
